DALLAS - The Jesuit varsity cross country team finished in fifth place at the 40th-annual Greenhill 6 Mile Relay event at Norbuck Park on Saturday. Additionally, two junior varsity relays finished in the top five of their division.

Maddux Click and senior
Ethan Irrobali stayed in the hunt from start to finish and captured fifth place in the 26-team race. All four Rangers went under 8:10 with Gooden shaving 38 seconds off his time from last year's race.
Not to be out-done, two of our JV teams put together trophy finishes. The JV "A" team of Carter Witt,
Jacob Guyette, Corbin Turner and Alex Somin took fourth place in their division while the JV "B" team of
Sawyer Cole, Daylan Le, Noah Cowley, and
Ryan Lopez matched them with fourth place in their division.
Most Improved: Based on our 2024 performances, we had HUGE overall improvements! Our Most Improved Varsity runner is a tie: junior

Jacob Guyette both improve 46 seconds over last year's race! However, the MOST IMPROVED RANGER OF THE WEEK IS…sophomore

Next up: Coach T / Marcus Invitational, August 30th. We begin our 5k race season next week at the Coach T / Marcus Invitational, North Lakes Park, Denton. There are several divisions we will participate in: Elite Varsity (7:30 am); Open Varsity (8:30 am); Elite JV (9:30 am); Open JV (10:30 am). Jesuit will provide bus transportation to / from the meet. Bus will depart at 5:30 am and return by noon.
