Jesuit Dallas scored 21 points in the second quarter en route to securing a 63-50 win over Irving on the road Tuesday night. The Rangers will enter a matchup on Friday against district leader and state top-ranked Richardson on a four-game winning streak after securing their fifth win in District 7-6A.

Jesuit held Irving to 13 points in the second quarter and used an 11-4 run to end the second quarter to take a 32-23 lead into the halftime break. The Rangers scored 17 points off of nine Irving turnovers, tacked on 24 points in the paint, but truly made a difference in the game with 19 second chance points off of 17 offensive rebounds.
