Josh Roppolo scored two goals, but a late push by Jesuit Dallas fell just short as the Rangers dropped a 3-2 road bout to Irving on Friday.
Roppolo notched goals in the 47th and 72nd minute, pushing his scoring total to five on the season. The Rangers ramped up the pressure on the Tigers in the second half, taking six shots in contrast to one first half attempt. The Tigers created numerous opportunities during the first half, creating eight corner kick chances and taking five shots, scoring three goals in a six-minute span to take a 3-0 lead into the half.
