Behind 19 offensive rebounds, the Rangers secured 15 second chance points to help turn the tide on the Rams (4-14, 0-6). Berkner was held to 3-for-13 from three-point range after starting the game 5-for-12 from beyond the arc.
The Rangers will next travel to Irving to take on a Nimitz team that dropped a narrow, 41-36 decision to Highland Park on Tuesday. The Vikings are 2-4 in district and have won two of their last three district games, upending Berkner, 56-49 and Irving, 63-45 before the setback to the Scots. Tip-off on Friday is set for 7 p.m. at Nimitz H.S.
