Steger finished the contest 8-of-16 from the floor, hitting five three-pointers to finish with 25 points, adding six rebounds along with a block, a steal and assist. Senior
Hank Gramlich racked up a season-high six assists, while junior
Michael Grant secured 19 points for the Blue and Gold. Senior
Will Bronson scored 10 points, adding a team-leading seven rebounds.

In the first quarter, Jesuit Dallas shot 12-of-13 from the field (92.3 percent) and converted 7-of-8 shots (87.5 percent) behind the three-point line. The Ranger defense held McKinney North to 35 percent shooting in that opening quarter, helping the Rangers take a 32-11 advantage heading into the second quarter.

The Rangers will next head to the 2023 Frisco Lone Star Classic for four games over two days. On Monday, the Rangers will take on Little Elm (10:30 a.m.) and Argyle (4:30 p.m.). Tuesday's games will see the Blue and Gold square off against Frisco Heritage (10:30 a.m.) and OKC Storm (4:30 p.m.). All four games will take place at Lone Star High School in Frisco.
