The Rangers began their tournament run with a 54-50 win over Lovejoy on Thursday followed by a 66-58 win over Frisco Memorial on Friday. Saturday's championship marks the first time since the 2017-18 and 2018-19 seasons that the Rangers have captured back-to-back Knights of Columbus Bob Stras Dallas Classic championships, and the Rangers are 10-2 in their home tournament since the 2021-22 season.
