Jesuit Dallas baseball began the 2024 season with a pair of shutout victories, securing an 11-0 win in five innings over Plano West before upending Burleson Centennial, 3-0, in the nightcap of day one at the Duncanville Panther Invitational.

Against Plano West, junior Asher Levy picked up his first career varsity win, throwing a five-inning, complete game three-hitter while striking out four batters. Junior E'Mar Fleming II finished the contest with a team-high three RBI, launching his first varsity home run in the first inning, a three-run blast that gave the Blue and Gold a 4-0 lead. Sophomore Braxton Barber closed out the contest 2-for-4 with two RBI and two runs and a triple. Sophomore Shane Parker and senior Nathan Robles each recorded a double, Parker drove in two runs, and the trio of senior Cameron Davis, sophomore James Jorgensen and Robles picked up one RBI apiece.

In the nightcap against Burleson Centennial, junior Dillon Brandt struck out eight batters in his 2024 debut, throwing the team's second complete game of the day. Brandt hurled a one-hitter and only walked one batter, finishing the contest four batters away from facing the minimum. Jesuit's first run came in the second inning as senior Tristen Bird launched a single to center that plated James Jorgensen, and the Rangers followed that up with a pair of runs in the fifth. Sophomore Taylor Haddock launched a single to left, scoring Fults before scoring on a single from Fleming.
