Jesuit Dallas rebounded from a Friday night loss to Lake Highlands with a resounding, 16-1 victory over Irving on Saturday afternoon. The Rangers' decisive victory at Irving H.S. was paced by solid pitching and a strong performance at the plate by the Ranger bats.
 
Senior 
Joe Allen made the start for the Rangers, throwing 4.1 innings, striking out four batters en route to earning the win. Senior 
Jaxx Rigelsky threw 1.2 innings of one-hit work, striking out two batters.
 
At the plate, sophomore 
Braxton Barber went 2-for-4 with three RBI, one of three Rangers to drive in three runs against the Tigers. Seniors 
Tristen Bird and 
Nathan Robles each picked up a pair of hits to drive in three RBI apiece, as Bird was one of three Rangers to hit a double alongside junior 
Jake Fults and sophomore 
Taylor Haddock. 
 
Jesuit and Irving will conclude their series on Tuesday, March 26, when the Tigers will travel to Wright Field for a 7 p.m. first pitch.
