Jaxx Rigelsky secured his second save of the year, hurling the seventh inning and striking out one of the four batters he faced. Sophomore

Taylor Haddock each drove in a run, while sophomore
Braxton Barber led the team with a 2-for-2 performance from the plate.

The Rangers opened the matchup with a pair of runs in the bottom of the first. Sophomore
Braxton Barber led off the contest with a single to center, scoring on a sacrifice fly from sophomore
James Jorgensen to give the Rangers an early lead. Sophomore
Shane Parker scored on a throwing error by the Cardinals to spot the Blue and Gold a second run. A double to center by sophomore
Taylor Haddock plated Jorgensen for Jesuit's third run of the contest.
