The Rangers finished the regular season on Friday with a 4-1 victory over Richardson, closing out a 13-3 run through University Interscholastic League (UIL) District 7-6A at Richardson H.S. Jesuit will battle Highland Park on Saturday in a tiebreaker showdown that will decide the second seed out of District 7-6A with the UIL Region I-6A Tournament on the horizon.

Dillon Brandt earned his seventh win of the season, striking out eight batters and only allowing one run on four hits.

Jesuit and Highland Park will square off at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 27 for the second see in the district. The two teams split their regular season meetings, with Jesuit Dallas securing a 3-2 win over the Scots on March 28 before suffering a 2-1 set-back on March 30.
