DALLAS - The Jesuit Dallas basketball team saw its 4-game win streak end with a 64-43 loss to Lake Highlands at Walsh Gym on Thursday.
Jesuit was held to 38 percent shooting and was led on offense by
Colin Grants team-high 10 points off the bench. Cooper Jenson and
Justin Fern had seven points each, with Fern pulling down five rebounds.
The Rangers struggled to connect from outside, making just 2-of-16 3-point attempts.
LH got 11 points from Jaysean Wilkerson and Eli Johnson.
Both teams struggled to find their offense in the first quarter, with the Rangers holding an 8-6 lead after eight minutes. The Wildcats found their offense in the second frame, outscoring Jesuit 20-10 for a 28-16 lead at the half.
Jesuit will return to play on Friday with a home contest against MacArthur.
