One week after the Rangers posted the highest team rushing total since the 2013 season,
John Wunderlick logged the most individual yards in three years in the Rangers' win over Skyline. Wunderlick's 208-yard outing was the most since 199 yards recorded by Orion Salters on November 23, 2013 in the UIL Area Round against Rockwall. The Rangers average 239.3 yards per game and have scored 17 of their 23 touchdowns this season on the ground, averaging 5.8 yards per carry. Senior
Evan Jackson enters the homestretch of the season leading the team with 628 net yards, and has scored touchdowns in four of the team's last five games.

Junior
Israel Ollarzabal is currently 8-for-10Â in field goal attempts this year, including a perfect 5-for-5 from inside 30 yards after recording a season-long 36-yard field goal against DeSoto in the season-opener. Ollarzabal will enter Friday's game converting his last five field goal attempts, including a 3-for-3 evening against Skyline with field goals of 23, 30 and 24 yards.

Jesuit Defense on Lockdown
The Rangers have only allowed 303 yards per game to opponents during the district season, helping the team outscore rivals, 45.3-8.3 during that stretch. Over the past three weeks, the Jesuit defense has gathered substantial momentum, logging 10 or more tackles for loss in all three games, forcing five turnovers and blocking two extra point attempts. Jesuit and J.J. Pearce last met on November 14, 2014 in the UIL Bi-District Round, a contest won decisively by the Rangers, 59-7. Bo Schneider '15 tossed for 236 yards and four passing touchdowns, helping vault the Rangers to 522 total offensive yards. Matt Slovak '15 and

Jesuit will begin a two-game road trip on Friday, October 21 against Lake Highlands, with kickoff set for 7:30 p.m. at Wildcat-Ram Stadium. The Rangers last battled Lake Highlands in 2013, winning, 48-20, and hold a 4-3 all-time mark against the Wildcats. Jesuit will then visit W.T. White on Friday, October 28, looking for its ninth consecutive win over the Longhorn at Loos Stadium.
