Jesuit Dallas held home court for the second consecutive game, as a stifling defense once again led the Blue and Gold to a decisive district win as the Rangers upended Irving, 76-37, on Tuesday at Walsh Gym. The Rangers pick up their second district victory with the win behind four double-digit performances.

Will Bronson scored nine points alongside a team-leading six rebounds, helping Jesuit secure a 40-27 rebounding advantage.Â
The Rangers forced 25 Irving turnovers and held the Tigers to a 5-of-19 (26.3 percent) clip from three-point range. The Blue and Gold dominated in the lane, scoring 46 points in the paint, and capitalized on the turnovers for 23 points.Â
Jesuit will temporarily pause from district play on Friday when the Rangers head to Frisco for a 5 p.m. tip-off against Emerson. The Rangers will then return to Walsh Gym on Tuesday, Dec. 20 to take on MacArthur.
