Edo Biasatti played football under Paul Tyson and Don Rossi lettering for three years while serving as captain his senior year. Biasatti attended Santa Clara University on a football scholarship lettering all four years and was captain as a senior. He returned to Dallas and coached at Jesuit under Lank Smith in 1954 and helped guide Jesuit to its first state title in the inaugural year of the Texas Catholic Interscholastic League (TCIL). Biasatti then joined the Army where he coached the Fort Bliss team in El Paso from 1955 to 1956. Among his players was Cotton Davidson, who later gain fame in the pro football ranks.

The 1979 recipient of the Jesuit Dallas Distinguished Alumnus Award, Biasatti passed away in 2005.
