Jesuit Dallas Athletics

A four-year football standout at Jesuit, Bobby Cahill was captain of the 1958 TCIL state championship team, earning all-state accolades and honorable mention honors from the Dallas Morning News. Attending the University of Denver on a football scholarship, Bobby transferred to North Texas for his final two years. 

After graduation he went directly into coaching at Jesuit in 1964 as a freshman football coach. During the next 10 years, Bobby coached football and basketball at a number of schools and was athletic director at Bremond and Franklin. In 1973 he became athletic director, head football and basketball coach at Cistercian, the football team recording its first winning season that year.
